Lifocolor Farben Code of Conduct

Two of our main goals that cannot be separated from each other are economical success and social responsibility. As a company with about 300 employees (as of 2022) in four countries, we have a value system built on responsible and ethical behaviour towards our employees, business partners, society and the environment.

Our Code of Conduct sets mandatory minimum standards for Lifocolor Farben regarding our conduct with business partners, employees and the public. Employees and management are obliged to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Whistleblowing

The Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) is the German implementation of the so-called EU Whistleblower Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report infringements of Union law). The aim of the HinSchG is to protect persons who have obtained information about infringements in the course of their professional activities and report them. The HinSchG prohibits any reprisals against whistleblowers and obliges companies to set up secure channels for whistleblowing.
